Room Rental Information

Shalom Park, situated on a spectacular 54 acre campus with beautifully landscaped grounds, provides various venues for a variety of events. The Foundation of Shalom Park offers over 12,000 square feet of space, and is open to the entire community.

Our elegantly appointed accomodations include both reception halls and meeting rooms, all of which can be configured to your events' specific requirements. All of our rooms are fully carpeted and the entire facility is non-smoking. Additionally, we have on-site parking capacity for 500.

Event Staff

Every event is important to us, and we strive to make each event successful. To aid us in reaching that goal, our knowledgeable staff is available to assist you with planning your event. Our Facility Staff is on duty at all times during your event to address your needs.

Security

The safety and security of Shalom Park and its agencies is a top priority. The Foundation of Shalom Park employs its own Director of Safety & Security to ensure the safety and security of all scheduled facility events.

Set-Ups

We can set-up your event with furniture you might require, including oval and rectangular tables, chairs, dance floor and staging*. *Additional tables and chairs may be rented at the client’s expense.

Audio/Visual

Our in-house audio/visual equipment includes TVs, VCRs, DVD players, projectors, screens, wired and wireless microphones, podiums, easels, and dry erase boards. Other equipment may be available upon request at the time of the event. We can hire technicians to take care of your audio/visual equipment needs prior to and during your event.

Catering

We have a list of approved caterers that can assist with theme parties and provide mouth-watering menus. All events must adhere to the Foundation of Shalom Park Kashrut Policy. There are two kitchens available for use: the Gorelick Hall (cooking) kitchen and the Lerner Center (serving & prep) kitchen.
